Scott
Stage: Within the Inner Darkness, a greyscale reflection of the roof
of some building.
Entrance: Stands casually, holds out his hand, and his sword appears
as he shifts to a battle stance.  "Let me show you your darkness."
Victory quotes:
"Another day, another pointless fight."
"You see?  Just by attacking me, you made me stronger."
"Nobody has the power to keep me from my quest."
"I try to be a good host.  Don't you feel more at home in the Inner
Darkness, now that you're half-dead?"

Special openings:

* Scott / Amy
Scott:  I never wanted it to come to this...
Amy:  And I never asked for your pity.

* Scott / Ranma
Scott:  I'm not so sure about this...
Ranma:  You've gotta learn sometime.  Pop and I used to.
Scott:  And look where it got you.

Advantages:  Among the fastest fighters, sword extends his reach.
Disadvantages:  Poor attack power, relatively few specials.
Taunt:  Sheathes his sword, crosses his arms, says "You can't be
serious."
Grapples:  Free arm grabs opponent by neck/collar, then he spins and
hurls the opponent across the screen, followed by a ki blast.
Performed in the air, tosses the opponent straight down, followed by
the ki blast.

Techniques:
* Kagekagamiken D, DF, F + P - Straightforward fireball, same efect no
matter which P is used.  Used in the air, flies diagonally downward.

* Kagekagamiken Charge F + P - Guard breaking technique, charges sword
or fist with ki and attacks.  No use in the air.

* Kagekagami Shinkatsu B, DB, D, B, DB, D, DF, F + P - Ki counter.  If
executed while the opponent is performing or recovering from a ki
projectile of some sort, the oprojectile will be cancelled and the
opponent will take damage equal to half what his attack would have
caused.

* Amaguriken P repeatedly - A flurry of quick strikes.

* Flight tap U, hold U - Scott transforms to his winged form and can
hover indefinitely, until a rainstorm returns him to human.

* Havoc Wing 3P, 3K, or 3P + 3K (while flying) - Scott rockets forward
(3P), down (3K), or diagonally down (all 6).

Special disadvantage:

Raven form - If splashed with hot water, Scott becomes a raven.  He
can fly freely with the direction stick, but cannot attack until a
rainstorm changes him back.

Supers:

* Makurayami Makaze D, DF, F, D, DF, F + 3P - Scott fires 20-25
kagekagamiken-style blasts at various angles.  An opponent at close
range may suffer terrible damage from a massive combo, but one at a
distance will take a moderate 3-5 hit combination.  May be performed
in midair.

* Kagekagamiken Perfect F, DF, D, DB, B, F + 3P - Attacks with a
'sword' of black ki.  Normal range for a sword attack, but cannot be
regularly blocked and, unlike most of Scott's specials, does a large
amount of damage.
