[GRIT][Meta] Timeline: Update

I figured it was about time to get an updated one of these up.  This
starts from just after the Shiela incident, where some people were going
off in different directions.  The first column is events happening in
Nerima.  The second column is events following Jo's group.  The 3rd is
events in Hokkaido.  Dashed lines and arrows between the first two
columns are connecting events in Nerima and in Jo's party that happen at
the same time.  Lines between the 2nd and 3rd columns show where events
either split or join.  Have a happy figuring it out.
