Personality: One of the greatest influences on Jared Stark's life is quite probably a comic book, for despite all that he has endured since he gained his powers, he has never stopped believing: "with great power comes great responsibility." Thus, he tries to use his abilities to help people and fight evil, regarding himself as a super hero. However, the events of his life have not left him totally unaffected; he seems to have picked up an easy temper from something, causing him to be gruff and irritable where he'd normally be a reasonably easygoing guy. However, while he gets mad easily, the true depths of his anger are something else entirely. There's a frightening berserker hidden within him, though it is fortunately quite difficult to awaken. When calm and rational, Jared actually possesses an above average IQ and an analytical mind; being able to study the surroundings and catalogue details is an important survival skill in ancient labyrinths deep underground. Used to pain and being unusually hard to kill, Jared is quick to take blows for his friends, who are very important to him. Moreover, he is totally devoted to his girlfriend, Kat. He absolutely cannot allow any harm to come to her, and threatening her is the quickest known way to arouse his real anger.
