Residence: She and the remnants of the Phoenix are encamped in the
wilderness a considerable distance from Tokyo.

Hair: Kiima's white hair is kept short and held in place by a black cord;
there are two white feathers in it for decoration.

Curse: Spring of Drowned Akane; Kiima turns into a perfect replica of Akane
Tendo-Saotome, which due to when she got it, is even the right age.  She
has learned to imitate Akane's ways of moving and mannerisms to such a
degree as to be able to fool an unsuspecting Ranma.

Other: Kiima is extraordinarily light in her natural form, as the Phoenix
have a hollow bone structure.  She also has wings, pointed ears, and both
her hands and feet are claws resembling those of birds.

Clothing: Normally, Kiima wears her official uniform as a general of the
Phoenix army and captain of Saffron's guards; a dove-grey outfit similar to
a leotard, allowing her wings free movement.  It is bedecked with jewellry
and decorations, but these are carefully positioned so as not to interfere
with her actions, and she can easily fight with them on.  A slightly curved
sword with a jewelled hilt is belted to her thigh; this too is entirely
functional.  She wears soft, feathered boots which conceal her "feet" and
allow her to walk easily, and gloves that do not interfere with her claws.
When in Akane form (which is rarely), she will wear clothing appropriate to
the situation...which is usually spying.

Personality:  The most powerful and reliable warrior of the Phoenix,
entrusted with missions of vital importance to the God-King Saffron and the
people, Kiima always took her role very seriously.  Her failure to protect
Phoenix mountain from intruders, and even more so the person of her ruler,
weighed very heavily upon her self-confidence, but she pulled herself
together and persevered after the battle with Ranma for the sake of both
Saffron and her people.  She was firmly in support of Saffron in the
political struggles that ensued while the once-again-young king grew up,
and her influence and personal power were instrumental in retaining his
position.

The destruction of their homeland shattered her personally, even more so
than the other survivors, for she was led to the inescapable conclusion
that it was her fault.  If only she had been strong enough to destroy Ranma
when he first arrived, or even had kept him from interrupting Saffron's
transformation, the Phoenix would still live.  Her failure weighs heavily
upon her, and often she wishes she had perished in the Nexus Flare.
Nonetheless, she is resolved to do what she can to help her people now, and
even more resolved to help in the taking of revenge...almost to the point
of fanaticism.  Furthermore, she is hampered by a certain amount of guilt,
as she is one of the only surviving Phoenix females, and already close to
the end of her childbearing years.  Her desire for vengeance wars with her
perceived duty to her people; for the moment, she has decided to do
whatever Saffron sees fit.

Kiima is severe, formal and austere.  Normally she respects courage and
fighting prowess even in foes, but in her current state of mind allows
little of that.  She is usually self-controlled, but has trouble
maintaining that in conversation, particularly when talking about humans in
general or Ranma in particular (even more so when talking TO such).
Because of this, she rarely speaks to anyone if it can be avoided,
preferring solitude or, at most, the company of birds.  She is practiced
both at giving and taking orders, but is more suited to the
latter...however, only Saffron has authority over her now.  She follows his
orders without question, and her infiltration skill is such that she can
effectively subsume herself into a role in her human form, faking whatever
emotions might be required.
