ATTITUDE

Style: Psychodo - Jay's own home-brewed style; highly acrobatic and
unpredictable. Somewhat similar to TaeKwonDo, only crazier and wilder.

Methods: Offensive, close range and in-yo-face; Jay tends to eschew
form and pre-planned tactics, preferring to rely on unpredictability
and speed. Though he adopts an "anything goes" approach to combat, his
strength lies mainly in his kicks.

SPECIALS

Advantages:

Standard martial arts abilities (Superjump, Presence Sense, etc)

Ki Powers

Short range teleportation - Jay can teleport himself and any small
carried objects for short distances (approximately 1 ft/30 cm).

Disadvantages:

Sensitive about his (lack of) height, and can be provoked into
rash(er) actions by it.

COMPLETELY UNABLE to use archaic melee weapons such as swords, knives,
polearms, etc. Any attempts to will backfire embarrassingly.

Techniques

Short-Range Teleport
Jay uses his teleportation in quick rapid-fire bursts to make himself
harder to hit or to move faster.

PsyKick Disrupter
Jay envelopes his hand-to-hand attack in ki "flames". While this
"flame" does no physical damage, it disrupts the target's internal ki
balance, rendering the struck area temporarily numb and slightly
paralyzed in addition to any normal striking damage.

PsyKick Wave
Ranged attack in which a wave of ki travels on a flat surface toward
its intended target. Does no physical damage, but renders struck area
temporarily numb and slightly paralyzed.

Psycho Kick
Jay kicks his foe repeatedly with lightning-fast speed.

Psycho Stampede
Jay stomps his foe with lightning-fast speed. Uses both legs, and must
be done from above.

Psycho Rush
Jay goes ballistic and wails on his foe with fists, feet, his head,
anything, with all attacks charged with PsyKick Disrupters and
delivered at lightning-fast speed. Powerful, but wears him out a lot.
This is used only as a last resort.
