EYES: Bright green, burning with an unnatural fire, full of danger
 and dark pleasure. And utterly, utterly insane.
HAIR: Long bangs to about his waist, and the rest in a V (point
 reaching almost to his knees). His hair is always loose and flowing,
 and in approved bishounen fashion, is always in perfect condition.
 Its colour flushing from a fiery orange at the top, to a deep red at
 the tips.
BIRTHDAY: Not that anybody knows, September 6.

CURSE: Aside of being psychotic? Nothing of note.

OTHER: Hiyaname is a psychic, with all the various nifty powers that
 this entails. His speciality is the creation of constructs,
 manipulating the secret fears and desires of others into physical
 forms, then using those forms to torment them.

CLOTHING: Hiyaname favours flowing, dramatic robes (preferably silk,
 or something even more expensive)in bold, flamboyant colours
 (crimson seems to be his favourite). That's not to say that he
 doesn't dress with style, though. He believes that somebody as
 stunningly attractive as he has an obligation to dress well.

PROPS: Rarely anything that wasn't created from his own twisted mind.

PERSONALITY: As has been established, Hiyaname is nuts. It's in a
 difficult way to describe, though - he is acutely aware of his
 surroundings, but has a haphazard way of simply ignoring anything he
 doesn't like. He switches between emotions at random and at speed,
 though most of them are simply variations on amusement; he's usually
 unwaveringly confident and ever-smiling, but when something manages
 to upset him, he doesn't even try to keep his rage in check.
He is /extremely/ arrogant - the idea of failure is almost completely
 foreign to him, and he rarely entertains the notion that he might
 not succeed at a  given task (unfortunately, this is rarely
 unjustified). Much akin to this, he's totally self-centered; he
 seems to believe that the entire world exists for his pleasure, and
 does whatever he feels he needs to in order to maintain his control
 over it. He operates purely on his own whims, and usually won't be
 denied without a whole lot of hell being raised. He's much like a
 spoilt child, really.
He is also acutely sexual - he pretty much oozes it from every pore,
 and will take most any opportunity to make advances or innuendo
 toward friends and enemies alike. He usually does so purely for
 kicks, but - like most anything else he does - if he's serious about
 it, he does not take rejection well at all.
Lastly of note, he also finds boundless glee in the suffering of
 others. Think cruel child with unfortunate butterfly, then take into
 account that he actually /does/ know exactly what his victims are
 feeling and thinking, and loves it. He draws on negative emotions to
 increase his powers - the more solid the link, the better his
 befenit - but he seems just as willing to torment people for the
 sake of it. He often describes emotions in flavours, and will
 happily discuss his favourites in-depth with anybody willing.
Yes, he's a vicious, sadistic bastard. That's the idea.
