Most attacks are ranged, using her long limbs to keep enemies at bay. Generic punches, kicks, throws, blocks, chi, limited magic, some psionic. She tends to use polearms, occasionally using projectile weapons such as knives and guns. She is currently shifting her focus on hand to hand combat instead of her usual style under the teachings of Ranma, Shelley, and Tarou. She is not the greatest at pure hand-to-hand, but her speed makes up for experience. Under Tarou's tutelage, she has increased her blocking ability as well ad dodging and increased her power, somewhat. --- Methods: She tends to hold back and underestimate her enemies and overestimate herself. She starts with basic, fairly weak attacks and moves on from there. In a group, she assumes a leader role unless one is present; she leads fairly well through experience. When enraged, she will fight like one possessed, ignoring defense and concentrating on attacks. ----- SPECIALS Advatages: Basic Anime/Martial Arts Stuff: Super leaping, aura, aura detection, chi, basic attacks, blocks, and grapples. Rapid healing and regeneration. Overactive cell growth combined with a Zeriam like creature gives her the ability to absorb objects through her skin and use tentacles. She can move objects around inside her, and can shift her vital organs if necessary. Immortal. Infrared vision. Pressure points. She knows the pressure points and aura lines of humans, most humanoids, most animals, and some other creatures. Antichi. She can invert the energy signature of an enemy's chi, canceling attacks or rendering his or her chi attacks null. (Inverts the waves) Chi boost. The opposite of the antichi, she can augment another's chi attacks by amplifying the waves. Teleportation Can teleport herself, chi, objects, and others with varying degrees of accuracy. Each 30 seconds spent concentrating increases the accuracy of larger objects, such as groups. Small chi blasts or objects smaller than a breadbox are usually accurate. Teleportation is not commonly used. Limited magic She can use magic spells, such as a heal or fireball. Hitomi has not delved deep into the realm of magic, and only knows little, including magical shielding, missile attacks, and the like. Basic D&D. Telekinesis Hitomi has very limited telekinetic powers out of shape from not practicing. --- Disadvantages: High metabolism = voracious eater Won't admit to being wrong. Holds a grudge for a loooooong time Can't stand any criticism about her parentage. She will go ballistic and try to murder the speaker. Not very powerful. She may hit you a dozen times in a split second, but without some sort of augmentation, such as chi or a weapon, it's not that effective. She does hit hard enough to trigger most pressure points. --- Techniques Two chi ball: chi/antichi "Dexter Sinister" or some such. Hitomi uses opposing chi balls, tossing them at her opponent; when they collide, they annihilate each other, causing various amounts of damage. Chi fist Much like any other chi enhanced attack, except she can use anti-chi in the attacks to cancel or nullify the target's chi, chi attacks, or limbs Return She will absorb another's chi, usually in an attack, and throw it back, usually as a two chi ball. Energy sword Basic chi sword, a la lightsaber or Ryoko from Tenchi Basic chi ball She gathers energy in her hands and fires; can be avoided. She can also fire off multiple shots at once or in a sequence, like a shotgun or automatic rifle. Chi blast Same as above, but the ball leaves a tether to her, and can be controlled in flight; not very avoidable. Chi lightening rod Same as above, but she forces energy through the tether during and after flight for an increased wallop. Heal She attunes her chi to that of the injured party and facilitates faster healing Probe She extends part of herself (tentacle) to cauterize wounds, remove a bullet, endoscope; this is for fine manipulations. ----------
