The martial art develops the senses to be able to detect ki signatures, incoming attacks etc...although the art is limited in how much can be detected and how fast it takes to register in the fighter's mind. The control of chi allows for a constant shield of chi around the user. This acts as a "plate of armor" that can withstand more attacks than the normal human being. This constant chi shield also allows the user to be able to attack with chi-enhanced attacks, giving more power per attack. This technique takes a large amount of concentration and stamina in order to be effective. Also, all practioners of this style are able to manipulate chi and natural elements in any manner. Other than that, the style is somewhat similar to Kung-Fu and Tae Kwon Do. --- Methods: Since Emi is not as trained in the arts of the Sacred Heavenly Temple of Light martial arts as is her brother, she tends to take advantage of her skills in weaponary. She excels with both the katana and knife but her greatest strength lies in her expert markmanship with a bow and arrow. She will stay a far distance from most opponents instead of going head on. ----- SPECIALS Advantages: Her nearly-perfect marksmanship is her greatest asset and when combined with her skills in stealth gives her the ability to strike quick and hard at the enemy. Her blade weapons skills are also very strong, but a bit lacking in comparison to her archery skills. As a descendant of a member of the Holy Order (as is Seiichiro), she has a special ability that can only be used by her. Her special ability is the use of holy magic and chi attacks. --- Disadvantages: She is a bit weak, defensively, and is at a total disadvantage when fought head on due to her lack of training in hand-to-hand combat. --- Techniques Sonic Blade Emi creates an energy blade, roughly her height, by slashing upward with her katana at a high velocity. The speed and the chi transferred to the blade creates a long blade of energy that is incredibly easy to avoid, since it is somewhat narrow, but devestatingly strong if hit by it. Holy Bolt One of the holy spells that she had learned while studying the powers that were passed down in her family. She fires a heavy barrage of heavily concentrated holy magic that can be fired from ranges as far as a mile with the strength increases proportionally to how close she is to the target. Holy Sword A standard technique in the Holy Order, her katana, or current weapon used, is engulfed with holy magic and can deal out more damage than usual, especially to targets weak against holy magic. When used with her arrows, the shafts explode when it approaches a large concentration of dark energy, magnifying the damage caused. Heavenly Fire Blast The strongest of the spells she has, this attack is similar to the holy bolt but much stronger. Emi fires a steady barrage of holy fire that can effectively wipe out 4 or 5 targets at once. An extremely draining spell but very effective nevertheless. Pearl Wind A healing spell that is similar to Seiichiro's healing spell but with greater strength and enhanced capabilities in that it can also heal diseases, but with slower healing rate than an injury. ----------
