She was raised far away from Nerima and her father, and only returned
recently due to her finding out about the other half of her family and
going to freeload to help her debt ridden mother. Not to mention it
sounds fun.

Clothing:
Tight short blue dress, black slippers and gloves, knife belt. Almost
any outfit she wears will have blue somewhere in it, although its not
sure if this is intentional or not.

Personality:
She's reasonably normal, even though she has a semi permanant giggle
*giggles* and an obsession with never being bored at any time what so
ever. She doesn't mind whose side she's on but as a rule she usually
finds it more fun to be on the good guys side, who usually win, or the
more challenging side to be on. And she has the occasional problem
with doing psychotic actions with no thought for the consequences.
