Other: Commands 1st Nerima Lancers so almost always accompanied by many
Faceless Minions.  Has "backing" of UN to keep peace in Nerima and is
independantly wealthy.

Team 13, various Faceless Minions and Orks (Orks acquired from Arkaleb).

Clothing:  Olive uniform with peaked General's hat.  Adorned with many, many
medals.


Personality:  Think of a Victorian Gentleman.  Add in a habit of not
noticing chaos and mayhem happening around him.  Also add a healthy disdain
for the incompetence of his underlings.  Then combine this with a real
belief that he can "look after" the young-uns (ie nearly everyone else) in
GRIT.
