Other: Ability to teleport any distance; time it takes to arrive is
relative to distance traveled.  Can take anything he's touching,
including another person, with him.  Also can perform a partial
teleport, or "phase," which allows him to remain in the same location
while being, for all intents and purposes, insubstantial.

Clothing:
Depending on the weather, a button-down shirt or polo shirt, khakis, and
fairly ordinary brown shoes.

Personality:
Andy has an amazing talent of being able to irritate most people shortly
after meeting them.  He has his own personal code of standards, which is
all well and good, but he tries to hold everyone else to them as well,
and tends to be very critical when they don't meet those standards. 
Combined with his desire to appear calm and collected no matter what the
situation, he comes off as being quite arrogant, which he honestly
doesn't realize.  His intentions are usually good; he tries to be
helpful, or at least he thinks he's being helpful, but often ends up
making things worse.  On occasion, however, he does demonstrate a good
sense of humor and the potential that there actually might be a nice
person underneath everything else.

His curse isn't helping matters any; he's horribly ashamed of it and
sees it as a great failure.  He tries to hide it as best he can, even
resorting to using his teleportation and phasing abilities to avoid
water.  He's desperately seeking a cure for the curse, as well as any
other information on Jusenkyo he can dig up, while at the same time
trying to avoid letting people know exactly *why* he needs it.  (Of
course, this being Nerima, his secret's going to be revealed sooner or
later.)
