| The FAQ |
The GRIT FAQ is a bit out of date as it was written quite a while ago and hasn't been updated since. However it is still a good start.
Eli Kaplan is the current FAQ owner and writer. You can find the latest version on his webpage, located at http://www.geocities.com/Tokyo/6480/.
| Character and Combat guides |
These are the various guides and templates for creating a character and defining his/her abilities in combat.
Scott Schimmel is the current archivist and maintainer of the character guide, so you can direct questions to him. Or to any of the veteran GRITters, really, we're a nice bunch and can help you out.
The combat guide was maintained by Aaron Peori - however, Aaron is no longer in GRIT. Last I knew, it was in the capable hands of Ken Miller (better known on the newsgroup as sanjian). As with the character guide, you can either direct questions about the combat guide to him, or to any of the vetern GRITters.
Here are the various forms and such for the guides:

Hey, look at this! It's the positively ancient Guide to the GRIT, version 3.0 that I used to maintain back in 1996.
A whole lot of stuff has happened since then, and GRIT is much much more complicated now. However, the guide is interesting on two points. The first is what things were like since then. The second is more useful - there's a little bit of old GRIT history in there, detailing all the events that occurred before the Pollan Weedwhacker Everything-Goes Tournament. There is also a rough attempt at explaining the Clone Wars.
