Shiny new revised edition.

Arrows in the direction of romantic interest, question marks where
there seems to be interest but it isn't entirely clear yet.  If a
character has only one relationship, that character usually won't be
listed twice (ie. Tegan/Tora -- Tora doesn't get a separate entry).
Generally the most 'important' relationship is listed first.  Who
decides 'importance'?  I do, since I'm the one compiling the chart.
Deal with it. ;p
