You know how this test runs, doncha? Just give your guy ten points to start with and go from there. If a condition is true for your guy, and so is a condition below it after an ellipsis ("..."), apply both modifiers to his score. Ignore the condition after the ellipsis if the original condition isn't true. So, a guy on this part of the test:

By protecting loved ones, +4
	...even when they don't need it, -4
	...and people he doesn't necesarily like, +4
		...but only because it's part of his job, -2

...who is a high-school student and is over-protective of his girlfriend (who's a street-fighter and could kick his ass anyday), would get +4 for protecting his GF but -4 for her not needing it, thus giving him no modifier all-up. However, if he also protected the school bully who beats him up on Tuesdays, he'd come out with a +4 modifier. If he was an angel chosen to protect humans, he'd lose a further two points because it's part of his job, leaving him +2 (but extra points later for being angelic and having wings ^___^). Simple, ne?
